Project summary:

I'm a contemporary visual artist living and working in Cardiff, Wales.

My recent practice has explored the effect of digital technology on our lived experience. My work feeds off our political, social and technological evolution (or regression) through collaging historical narratives, making comments on the future, all the while considered within the modes of science fiction and horror. I was recently selected for Survey - a major exhibition by Jerwood Space presenting works by 15 early-career UK artists in 2018/19.

Recently my work has been exhibited at Kunstalle Charlottenborg, Copenhagen; Graft, Lancaster; Set, London; Up-On Live Art Festival, Chengdu, China ; URRA, Buenos Aires, Argentina; and as part of Selected VI, a Touring Film Programme nominated by Jarman Award shortlisted artists - Whitechapel Gallery, London; Watershed, Bristol; Nottingham Contemporary. I was the inaugural artist film maker in residence with BBC Wales.

I've been recognised nationally for my work in education, receiving the inaugural Marsh Award for excellence. I received a Creative Wales award from the Arts Council of Wales and represented Wales at Standpoint Futures, an established programme of visual art development residencies for emerging artists who are based outside Greater London.

I have created community centred public art projects with Forest of Dean Sculpture Trust; Somerset Art works; Meantime, Cheltenham; Take Apart, Plymouth and Locws International, Swansea.
