Project summary:

In my current practice I am focusing on learning the parameters of ceramics and the ways in which this can be used to further develop my installation artworks.

My previous project was an archive/collection of research, paintings, photographs, sculptures including marottes and masks, drawings, prints and indexing.

Throughout that archive I used the rabbit as a metaphor for my exploration of Autisum Spectrum Disorder and PTSD both of which I know intimatly.

Aside from the rather tenuous link of being born in the chinese year of the rabbit I am use this particular animal because of the paralels between rabbits, ASD and PTSD. All have strong links to the fight flight or freeze responce and there are many overlaps in triggers and reactions in both rabbits and humans.

I have documented some of my work on instagram under the page @rabbitarchive
