After 25 years as a secondary school educator, working at first in London and then recently in Redcar, my own practice has re-emerged through my MA in Fine Art & Education. Northumbria University has become instrumental to that practice and this AA2A opportunity lets me continue with my work in cooperation with the staff and students whose opinion and support I value.
I live and work in North Yorkshire, five minutes from the sea. I have a studio on the top floor of my house and can see all the way to Tynemouth on a good day.
