Project summary:

I love landscape.  I respond to things typically not seen, the ephermal; shadows, the mold impressions of leaves on the sidewalk in the fall, dust patterns on bus windows.

As a person "from away" I am fascinated by the layers of living in the UK.  Ancient roads and burial sites exist in farmers' fields, co-mingling the old with the new.  The landscape reflects the past and present at the same time, new field boundries cross ancient ones.  Dry stone walls creep up the moorlands, testiment to millions of man-hours of work.

My prints; layering etching, collagraph, and paper lithography, convey my feeling about the English landscape.
