I explore themes of identity in my art practice. What it means to me, how important it is and what it is made up of. I explore my Indian heritage and British upbringing and the way these two very different cultures have found a way to co-exist alongside each other. I also look at feminism, religion and spirituality. I also look at identity on a wider scale in terms of India's social identity and culture, is it evolving or changing for the worse?
