I'm an artist / photographer based in Derby, United Kingdom. My work encompasses the disciplines of photography, installation and sculpture, drawing on the framework of the museum and the collector to explore themes of memory, possession, the human condition, existence and mortality. 

I often incorporate minor interactive elements into my pieces - something as simple as opening a drawer for example. It is, in part, this physical involvement with my artwork that makes it memorable, while the secretive element of the hidden object waiting to be discovered creates a sense of intrigue and wonderment.

I graduated from the University of Derby in 2012 with a first class BA honours degree in (fine art) photography. Since then I have exhibited work a number of times throughout venues in Derbyshire, as well as further afield in London, Cologne and Madrid. Uncollectables: A Museum of Being was selected for exhibition at Format International Photography Festival in 2013. More recently, some pieces from Smoke were selected for group photography exhibition 5 + 5 in Madrid. 5 + 5 will also be exhibited at the Library of Birmingham in 2015.
