Learning a new process is lovely but as it’s so different from the intaglio processes that I’m used to, it is taking a little bit of time to sink in.
I think I’m slowly getting there, the recent images “new mono screenprints” are at last starting to resemble something I might be able to exhibit or use to move forward with.
Sometimes it’s many months even years later that one realises the impact of learning a new process has on the direction of work.
My next stage is printing these images onto Perspex and plywood... 👩🏻🎨
