Project summary:

Hi! I'm Hannah Quill, an MA Fine Art student currently studying at Birmingham School of Art. I am currently a volunteer for BCAT (Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies).

Within my practice I explore the physicality of soft sculptures and how these large-scaled, abstract forms exist in a space. I’m particularly interested in how specific materials and playful shapes interact with different surfaces and light. I feel like creating sculptures has allowed me more freedom within my practice, creating these large structures that have a physical presence is intriguing to me and also the viewer.
