AA2A Host

Facilities:

Visual artists and Designer makers: printmaking, wood, metal, foundry, wood and stone carving, hot glass, ceramics, interior textiles, fashion and textiles, digital media, video, photography, illustration, graphic design, graphic arts, painting

Creative Writer:  Lending Library, Lecture programmes and the University community. It is hoped that applicants may wish to host readings and interventions with the written and spoken word as part of the University Library programme.

Collections:

All placements will also have access to the collections of Wolverhampton Art Gallery and City Archive.

This year the University has four visual artists and designer-makers and a Creative Writer, a Dramatist and a Media Artist.

This scheme aims to give formal AA2A access from 8th Oct 2018 to 30th April 2019, with the University offering an extension until 28th June 2019.

Hosting AA2A's Enhanced Employability support package for students

  •  'Making it out there' - digital pack listing support organisations for graduates
  •  Self-employment - presentation and supporting materials for students and graduates
  •  'Engage' - access to past AA2A artists interested in hosting students visits
