About me:

Stine Bidstrup is a Danish artist working primarily in glass and video. She is educated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art, School of Design on Bornholm, Denmark and the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI, USA. For the past five years, Bidstrup has maintained a studio in Copenhagen, and exhibited her works internationally as well as taught in the glass and ceramic department at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art. She has recently travelled on residencies to India to develop ways of utilizing traditionally crafted glass bangles and to Norway to revive historical, utopian architectural glass fantasies in her work.
