About me and my involvement in AA2A:

Painting is a passion for  me and hit me like a bolt out of the blue 19 years ago when I became pregnant with my daughter and developed a craving to paint.  It never went away and here I am years later in my third year at Northumbria University for a Fine Art BA (Hons).

I became involved with the AA2A scheme because I think it's a wonderful opportunity that gives students the chance to see first hand how professional artists work in their own practice.  I am looking forward to my role as an AA2A rep and liaising between the students and the artists.  I hope to be instrumental in making the coming months both productive and fruitful for all concerned.
