As a busy mum of three Im very excited about having an opportunity to develop my filmmaking skills which usually plays a very major part of my installation work. Technology is always changing and I just feel a little rusty every time I get to this stage. I hope to re visit my first ever film, (a disaster) which was never completed and have had the opportunity to work with some year 7 and 8 schoolchildren who have provided me with some useful footage that we captured in a 2 hour workshop based loosely around 'Space'. My intention is to marry the two parts together to create what we imagine might be out there! Then with the rusty skills behind me, this will then allow me to progress onto something new, my fourth experimental digital film which is still in the early research stages but resonates with the imagined emotion captured in a Bronte novel.Watch this space!
