Working in collaboration with glass businesses based within the West Midlands, glassmakers from the North East branch of Cohesion, along with makers living and working in Europe, including Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic and Corning, NY and Anderson, Indiana in the USA are invited to work on a collaborative piece, where emphasis will be on the creation of uniquely individual forms for ‘Life Style and Interior Living.’ For example: inventive structures which enhance outdoor living, à la mode lighting, distinctive furniture, ingenious approaches to designing tableware etc.
